Tina Yang

Tina Yang is a seasoned professional in HR and talent management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Partner and Client Account Director at Korn Ferry since May 2021, Tina specializes in people strategy, talent management, performance management, and HR transformation. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global HR Transformation and Senior HR Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where Tina focused on joint venture organizational development and HR technology deployment. Tina also held managerial positions at PwC and EY, concentrating on global HR transformation and HR function effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in HR Management and International Employment Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London, complemented by an MCIPD in Advanced HR Management.
