Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Kotak Life since December 2019, Mark previously held leadership roles at OD Alternatives, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, PwC, Deloitte, and Tech Mahindra. Mark's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Program from The Wharton School and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behaviour from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration. Additional qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Media & Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Sciences from St. Xavier's College.
