Mary Ellen Ferrara

Mary Ellen Ferrara, SPCT, currently serves as a Kotter Change Leader, Business Development Affiliate, and Certified Trainer at Kotter since November 2025. Prior to this role, Mary Ellen held several significant positions at AT&T, including Leader of the Change Leadership Academy and Transformation Architect, where contributions facilitated the SAFe transformation towards business agility. As a SAFe Transformation Engineer at AT&T Labs, Mary Ellen successfully launched numerous value streams and enhanced market responsiveness. Previously, Mary Ellen served as IT Technical Project Lead at Educational Testing Service, where leadership in IT cloud solutions contributed to substantial operational improvements, and as Lead Business Analysis Consultant at STRASZ Consulting, focusing on software development and process optimization. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Albright College.
