Stefano Mazzaferro

Stefano Mazzaferro is currently the Head of Strategy and Growth at Kovi. Stefano has previous experience as an Operations and Product Manager at DiDi, an Operations Manager at 99, and a Direct Sales Manager at Ambev. Stefano also previously worked as a Planning Analyst at Luxottica and interned at FACEIT Ltd. Stefano has experience in sales process implementation, KPI definition and management, salesforce training, and negotiations with clients. Stefano is a results-oriented leader with excellent problem solving skills.

Stefano Mazzaferro has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Università Bocconi in the field of business administration and management. Stefano also spent a semester studying abroad at The University of Queensland as part of an exchange program. In addition, they have taken entrepreneurial strategy courses at Fudan University. Stefano also has certifications from Reforge in growth series, from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in professional and self coach, and from Anheuser-Busch InBev in yellow belt and managing and leadership.
