Swati Sahay

Swati Sahay is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at KPIT since October 2021, Swati has progressed through various HR roles within the company, including Associate Manager and Lead - HR, TM & OD. Prior to KPIT, Swati worked as a Business Partner - HR at Zensar Technologies, focusing on employee engagement, and held a position as an HR Associate at InfoStretch Corporation, where recruitment was a key responsibility. Swati began her career as an HR Trainee at Adecco and holds a Master in Personnel Management with a PGDM in HR and Marketing from Sinhgad Institute Of Management, along with a B.Sc in Biotechnology from Jiwaji University.
