Elio Luongo

Elio Luongo is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner of KPMG in Canada. As CEO, he provides leadership and direction for the firm’s business across Canada, working with partners and staff to drive KPMG’s strategy and growth.

Elio has three decades of experience, with tremendous knowledge of public and private organizations both domestically and internationally. As an accomplished business leader, Elio leverages his broad background in corporate planning and restructuring to provide advice to some of Canada’s largest companies, helping businesses grow and achieve long-term success.

Prior to his role as CEO, Elio was the Canadian Managing Partner of KPMG’s Tax practice, where he was responsible for leading over 1,000 tax professionals across the country. He has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth in leadership positions and has an innate ability to recognize trends and guide clients adapting to changing landscapes.
