Garita Coddington currently serves as the Learning & Development Senior Manager at KPMG in Bermuda, where responsibilities include providing executive coaching, leadership development, and maintaining professional development for all employees. Previous roles include School Principal at Clearwater Middle School and T.N. Tatem Middle School, where curricula were developed to improve school culture and climate, and Professional Development Facilitator for the Government Department of Human Resources, delivering leadership training. Garita co-founded iTEACH Consultancy Group to empower educators and developed Inspire Academy for Mathematics & Science.
