Milena Tjalsma-Otten is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as a freelance Frequency Recruiter at Hello World Recruitment NL since January 2024, Milena specializes in sourcing and recruitment for various positions in small and medium-sized businesses as well as corporate entities.
