Caio Santos

Caio Santos is an experienced finance and strategy professional with a strong background in revenue growth management and sales finance, currently serving as VP, Head of RGM & Sales Finance at Kraft Heinz since July 2020. In this role, Caio oversees the North America Revenue Growth Management and leads the business unit sales strategy for Fast Fresh Meals and Coffee platforms. Prior experience includes positions at Cole Haan as a Summer Intern in Corporate Strategy, various roles at Hypermarcas S/A in Financial Planning & Analysis and strategic planning, and internships at Lehman Brothers and Argent Partners. Caio holds an M.B.A. in Management and Strategy, Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.E. in Mining and Mineral Engineering from USP - Universidade São Paulo.
