Soyoung Han

Soyoung Han currently serves as the Head of Worldwide HR Division and Head of Global Operations at KRAFTON Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Soyoung served as Chief of Staff and Head of HR at Bespin Global from August 2021 to September 2023, and as Head of HR at Hanssem from September 2020 to August 2021, focusing on HR planning, talent acquisition, development, and performance management. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Hyundai Capital Services and Hyundai Capital America in talent management and HR functions, and roles at McKinsey & Company, where Soyoung designed leadership programs, and Mercer HR Consulting as a consultant specializing in HR planning and talent development. Soyoung holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has two master's degrees from Korea University in HR & Organization and English Language and Literature.
