Joel Pang

Joel Pang is the Chief Compliance Officer at Kristal.AI. In this role, they lead the Compliance, Governance and Government Relations functions across all jurisdictions in which the Group entities operate. Joel also has Whole of Group leadership responsibility and oversight for Compliance, Governance and Government Relations.

Prior to joining Kristal.AI, Joel was the Vice-President, Head of Compliance and Chief Operating Officer (Designate) at Regional Pan-Asia Asset Management Co. For 2 years, they were responsible for compliance, corp governance & enterprise risk management senior leadership for UT REIT at China National Petroleum Corporation.
