Joseph R. Minott

Joseph R. Minott, CMI serves as Managing Director and Director of Property Tax at Kroll since February 2008, overseeing property tax consulting engagements for clients with multi-jurisdictional portfolios and representing them at tax appeal hearings. Previously, Joseph held the position of Vice President, where expertise included property tax services for various commercial and industrial properties, and served as Senior Associate, identifying tax savings opportunities and preparing valuation analyses. Prior experience includes managing property tax reviews for Macy's and working as a Senior Analyst at Sears Holdings Corporation. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
