Frédéric Boucher

Frédéric Boucher is the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Kruger. Frédéric has held this position since February 2019. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel at Kruger Energy Inc. from September 2017 to February 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Legal Affairs - Development at Kruger Energy Inc. from September 2013 to September 2017.

Before joining Kruger Energy, Frédéric was a Member of the Board of Directors at Crédit-Bail CLÉ, a subsidiary of Hitachi Capital, from March 2007 to April 2014. Frédéric was also a Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from February 2006 to August 2013, where they worked on mergers and acquisitions, financing, and general corporate matters for private and public companies. Frédéric began their legal career at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin as a lawyer in May 1999 and remained there until January 2006.

After completing a finance and accounting program at Boston University, Frédéric Boucher pursued a law degree at Université Laval.
