Jila Bahri-Esfahani

Jila Bahri-Esfahani is an accomplished professional currently serving as Managing Director for Consulting at Kubrick Group since October 2025. As a Founding Member of Chief, Jila plays a crucial role in empowering women executives. Jila's prior experience includes a tenure as a Board Member for the Management Consultancies Association, focusing on portfolio and talent management, and as Regional Director at BJSS, where responsibilities included Go-to-Market Strategy. Jila also held leadership roles in business consulting, organization transformation, and change at BJSS. As a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, Jila contributed to professional leadership development. Jila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Combined Honours from Durham University.
