Mini Manchanda

Mini Manchanda currently serves as Senior Director of Precision Medicine at Kura Oncology, Inc., leading the development of clinical biomarkers and companion diagnostics for both early and late-stage programs in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Previously, Mini held the position of Associate Director at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included driving precision medicine strategies for various oncology products and managing a high-performing team focused on complex genomic diagnostics. Mini's experience also includes a significant role as R&D Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where contributions included leading the technical team for the first FDA-approved NGS-based companion diagnostic for RET fusion-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Mini holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from Delhi University.
