Arnav Das

Arnav Das is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Kurumba Maldives since November 2025, where responsibilities include assisting in the leadership and mentoring of the Food and Beverage Department. Prior to this role, Arnav worked as the Beverage Manager at Coco Collection and as the Restaurant and Bar Manager cum Executive Sommelier at Heritance Aarah, overseeing multiple bars and restaurants within one of Maldives' largest F&B portfolios. Previous positions also include managing beverage operations at The Leela Palaces and holding roles in hotel operations and food and beverage management at Taj Hotels, The Park Hotels, and Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. Arnav holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, a Diploma in International Hospitality Administration from the International Institute of Hotel Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies and Catering Services from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
