Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith has extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as Head of Innovation and Data at KYN since January 2020, after holding the position of Director of Information Technology. Prior to KYN, Rachel worked at Orchard Care Homes from October 2013 to January 2020, where roles included Head of Project Management and Systems and Management Information Manager. Rachel's earlier experience includes a temporary HR Administrator position at International Personal Finance and an Apprentice Training Assistant role at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. Educational qualifications include multiple CIPD credentials in Human Resource Management, a Foundation in Business Analysis, and PRINCE2 certification, complemented by early education at St Aidan's Church of England High School.
