Bernadette Davis

Bernadette Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Operations in the Chief Information Office at Kyndryl since November 2021. Prior to this role, Bernadette spent nearly two decades at IBM, holding various leadership positions including Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances and Chief of Staff to the General Manager of IBM Power. Notable accomplishments include leading enterprise transformation initiatives, managing global change management programs, and facilitating a culture of growth and employee engagement. Earlier career roles include positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Maloney Group, and Coopers & Lybrand, where Bernadette developed expertise in resource management, organization design, and marketing communications. Bernadette is currently pursuing a Chief Strategy Officer degree at Wharton Executive Education and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
