Allyncia W. is a seasoned instructional design architect with extensive experience in enhancing learning experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as a Learning Experience (LX) Instructional Design Architect at LA Care Provider since April 2017, Allyncia has successfully redesigned the New Hire Orientation program into a comprehensive 90-day virtual learning experience. With a strong background in project management, Allyncia skillfully manages multiple learning requests, utilizing a wide array of multimedia tools and best practices to ensure engaging, accessible, and 508 compliant training. Additionally, Allyncia operates as an independent contractor through Allyncia Corporate Training, collaborating with clients to deliver customized training programs, and has significant experience in corporate training management at Training Connection since 2006.
