Anip Sharma is currently a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in Singapore, where they have worked since 2010. Anip has advised leading Indian and international clients in 8 engagements across 6 sectors, and has played a key role in developing and implementing innovative product offerings and strategies for growth. Anip has also managed the rollout of telecom services and retail stores for leading Indian companies.

Anip’s commitment to operational excellence and change management has delivered significant savings for their clients. Anip led a comprehensive operations transformation initiative for one of the largest Indian private sector companies that delivered savings of USD 20M on a spend base of USD 200M across six manufacturing sites.

Anip Sharma graduated from the Indian School of Business with a postgraduate degree in management. Anip also holds a dual degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.
