Carole Vallee

Carole VALLEE is a highly experienced professional in education and training management, currently serving as Global Senior Education Manager - Digital & CRM at La Prairie Switzerland since January 2022. In this role, Carole has launched an innovative Retail Learning App and contributed significantly to the development of global CRM training strategies. Prior to La Prairie, Carole held the position of International Client Experience & Digital Learning Manager at CHANEL, where responsibilities included creating training programs for client experience and managing a Digital Learning App. Carole's earlier experience includes serving as International Retail Training Project Manager at CELINE and various roles at Four Seasons Hotel George V, where training and development were central to the responsibilities. Carole holds two Master of Science degrees in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from EM Normandie Business School and Macquarie Business School.
