Kylie Sedgwick

Kylie Sedgwick is an experienced professional with a strong background in volunteer management, human resources, and talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager of the Volunteer Program for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games since May 2022. Previous roles at The Painted Turtle included Volunteer and Recruitment Manager, where Kylie developed recruitment strategies and managed over 800 program volunteers annually. With a Bachelor's degree in Policy, Planning, and Development (Nonprofit and Social Innovation) from the University of Southern California, Kylie's early experiences include leadership positions in community service organizations and internships focused on communications and social services. Kylie's expertise encompasses employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, alongside effective onboarding and training programs.
