E-commerce solutions company Label Insight has hired Joe Henson as chief technology officer. In his role, Mr. Henson will be responsible for building out scalable technology, expanding machine learning capabilities and improving data operations. He will also help to evaluate new opportunities and applications for product meta-data.

Mr. Henson has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Product and Platform at Triad Retail Media, where he drove the development of a new data-driven platform, and stood up a new Product division.
