David Deyoung

David DeYoung serves as the Permitting & Compliance Manager and Wetland Ecologist at LaBella Associates since March 2018, focusing on wetland delineations, environmental permitting, and project management. Additionally, David has been the Assistant Farm Manager at C and J Organic Farms since July 2006, where responsibilities include equipment maintenance, pasture rotation management, and wetland restoration. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Technician at Ravi Engineering and Land Surveying from March 2014 to March 2018, conducting NEPA and SEQRA screenings, wetland delineations, and Phase I and II environmental site assessments. David also worked as an Assistant Horticulture Inspector for the NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets from July 2012 to November 2013, conducting invasive species surveys and health assessments. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Terrestrial Ecology and Botany from SUNY Brockport.
