Lenny Izzo is the current Chief Revenue Officer at Labster. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Watermark from August 2018 to September 2020. There, they led a global sales team and was responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution for one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in Edtech. From February 2017 to August 2018, Izzo served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Taskstream-Tk20. And prior to that, they were President at ALM Media, LLC from January 2012 to December 2017 where they oversaw a global team with 8 office locations in the US, plus London, and Hong Kong. Izzo began their career in January 2010 as Vice President at Thomson Reuters, and then held the position of VP & Managing Director at LexisNexis from January 2002 to December 2008. Lenny also served as Principal at Sterling Holdings LLC and as VP, Sales & Marketing at InfrastructureWorld, LLC from January 2000 to December 2002. Prior to all of this, Izzo served in the US Army from January 1994 to December 1998 and achieved the rank of Captain.


Lenny Izzo has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from University of Virginia. Lenny is also certified in Lean Six Sigma from The George Group, LLC.


Lenny Izzo reports to Michael Bodekær Jensen, Co-Founder & CEO. Some direct reports include André Mørkeberg - VP of Sales, EU+, Matthew Kaylie - SVP, Global Sales. They work with Mark Arnold - Head of Higher Education, John Pothier - Head of Legal & Corporate Counsel, and Roxana Dobrescu - Chief People Officer.
