Joe Fitzgerald

Joe Fitzgerald is the current Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Lacework. Prior to this, Joe served as a Board Member for Misnomer from July 2014 to July 2016. Joe also has experience as a VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Senior Vice President, Legal & Public Affairs, and Director, Legal. Joe got their start in the legal field as VP, Intellectual Property for VERITAS Software in January 2001. Joe then transitioned to Sun Microsystems as Director, Legal in January 1998.

Joe Fitzgerald's educational career includes a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a BSEE from Northeastern University.

Joe Fitzgerald reports to David Hatfield, Co-Chief Executive Officer. They work with Lindsay Folk - Chief Learning Officer, John Turner - Senior Security Architect, and Shweta Vohra - VP of People.
