Lindsay Folk

Lindsay Folk is the VP, Business Operations & Programs at Lacework. Lindsay has over eight years of experience in talent management and leadership development.

Lindsay started their career as a Talent Management Consultant at Jay Tyler Consulting. There, they trained over 450 emerging leaders in high potential programs with a 70% promotion rate for students. Lindsay also built and deployed management frameworks at several companies and non profits to help align goals and values across organizations. In these companies, they tied the learning strategies to the management process to ensure learning was supporting the business priorities.

After four years at Jay Tyler Consulting, Lindsay moved on to The Carey School where they served as Director of Talent Management. In this role, they designed and deployed performance management systems at several clients to help assess performance, succession planning and a true pay for performance culture. Lindsay also created onboarding frameworks for companies to deploy to ensure people coming into the company would have a roadmap to reduce ramp time and immediately engage in their role. In their time at The Carey School, Lindsay helped companies define leadership competencies and attributes to focus the recruitment efforts and development of the leadership team.

Lindsay has been with Lacework for four years and in their current role as Chief Learning Officer, they are responsible for leading the company’s learning and development initiatives. Under their guidance, Lacework has launched several successful programs that have helped employees improve their skills and knowledge.

Lindsay Folk studied finance at the Texas McCombs School of Business and later pursued a degree in international business at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland.

Their manager is David Hatfield, Co-Chief Executive Officer. Some of their coworkers include John Turner - Senior Security Architect, Joe Fitzgerald - Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, and Andy Byron - President & Chief Revenue Officer.
