Lacoste
Laurent Lenoir is a seasoned executive in eCommerce and digital strategy, currently serving as Chief eCommerce Officer for APAC at Lacoste since 2023, with a focus on eCommerce strategy and P&L management. Prior to this role, Lenoir was the Digital Director APAC at L'Oréal from 2019 to 2022, overseeing digital strategy encompassing eCommerce, customer engagement, and social commerce. Lenoir's experience also includes managing innovation in China’s eCommerce landscape at Sia Partners, directing the development of a full D2C eCommerce ecosystem at ouibus, and leading digital initiatives at Eurostar, where the first QR Code mobile ticket was launched. Lenoir began a career in business consulting at J.P. Morgan and held the role of EMEA Product Manager at AXA Assistance, launching multiple technology products across countries. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and studies at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
