Mark Pepper

Mark Pepper is an experienced professional in the dairy manufacturing industry, currently serving as Research and Development Manager at Lactalis South Africa since December 2014, and previously held the position of Production Manager. Prior experience includes eight years as Operations Manager at Fair Cape Dairies, where Mark was responsible for the efficient operation of two manufacturing facilities, waste elimination, and financial performance maximization. Earlier roles include Production Manager at Condio (Pty) Ltd and Cheesemaker at Simonsberg Cheese. Mark holds a Senior Management Development Programme degree from USB-Ed and an ND in Food Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
