Felicia Cesa is an experienced underwriting professional with a career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Underwriting Manager - Audit at Ladder Insurance since April 2021, Felicia previously held significant roles at New York Life Insurance Company, including Director of Underwriting - Quality Control and Senior Underwriter, where responsibilities included analyzing complex cases and training new underwriters. Prior experience includes managing a team and overseeing life insurance placements at Arnone, Lowth, Fanning, Wilson & Leibowitz, as well as conducting competitive analysis for Salomon Smith Barney's Estate/Trust Services. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from LIU Post.
