Feliciano González Muñoz

Feliciano González Muñoz, Spanish national, 1963, was appointed as Group Head of Human Resources in May 2018, and as member of the Group Executive Committee of LafargeHolcim as of January 2019.

He has developed his career for more than thirteen years in senior Human Resources roles in LafargeHolcim. Before his current role he was Human Resources Director for Europe, Group Head of Labor Relations, and also interim CEO of Spain from 2013 to 2015.

Before joining LafargeHolcim Feliciano developed his career at Fujitsu Ltd, building materials company BPB Plc and the pharmaceutical company Almirall. Feliciano holds a PhD in Labor Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE, Madrid.
