Jessica Lyons is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Laing O'Rourke since November 2022, after holding the position of Associate Legal Counsel with ISG from January 2021 to November 2022. Prior to these roles, Jessica gained substantial experience as a Legal Counsel at Pinsent Masons, where involvement included various legal areas such as Pensions, Construction & Engineering, Advisory Disputes, and Planning & Environment during a trainee period. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the same institution, complemented by time spent at the University of Sydney between 2013 and 2014.
