Kenney Johnson

Kenney Johnson is an experienced facilities and operations leader with a diverse background in public sector K12 schools and commercial real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance and Operations for Lake Washington School District since June 2023, Kenney has previously held significant roles such as Senior Development Manager at Microsoft Real Estate & Security, where leadership was provided for the Puget Sound BUILD team, and Director of Facilities and Construction at Pioneer Human Services, overseeing facilities management and real estate project management. Additional experience includes managing facilities and capital improvements at companies like Public Storage and Braddock and Logan INC, along with hands-on project management and maintenance roles with Trammell Crow Company and Real Property Management Mid Peninsula. Kenney holds an Executive MBA from Washington State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Communication from Southern Christian University, complemented by an Associate degree in Construction Management from Edmonds College.
