Bobby Wayman

Bobby Wayman is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Lakeside Book Company since September 2022 and as Plant Manager at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. since December 2021, Bobby has held several leadership roles. Previous experience includes General Manager and Owner at Panther Sand LLC, Vice President of Manufacturing at Yellow Jacket Oil Services LLC and En trans International LLC/Serva, and various managerial positions at Serva and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities encompassed safety, quality, productivity, and lean manufacturing across multiple facilities. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cameron University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
