Kathrin Shem-Tov

Kathrin Shem-Tov serves as the Strategic Procurement Director LBI at Lallemand since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in procurement and sourcing. Previously, Kathrin held the position of Global Senior Category Manager for raw materials at International Flavors & Fragrances from February 2021 to May 2023. Prior roles at DuPont between July 2007 and February 2021 included Global Sourcing Category Manager for DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, as well as various leadership roles in the Culture Division and Strategic Materials. Early career experience at Evotec involved managing corporate affairs and purchasing. Kathrin's educational background includes a Six Sigma Green Belt from DuPont and Expert Buyer certification from the European Institute of Purchasing Management in 2012.
