Shantinath Ghongadi

Shantinath Ghongadi possesses over two decades of extensive experience in the semiconductor and energy sectors. As Managing Director at Lam Research from August 2001 to August 2023, Shantinath led key initiatives within the company. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Technology at the Florida Solar Energy Center, where contributions involved R&D of thin film CIGS solar cells for space applications and the development of deposition tools. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Material Science from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SDM College of Engineering and Technology.
