Heather Anfang has been the SVP of U.S. Dairy Foods at Land O'Lakes since October 1999. Prior to that, they were a Marketing/Sales Analyst at The Pillsbury Company from March 1997 to October 1999. Before that, they were an Asst./Assoc./& Project Manager at Information Resources, Inc. from June 1994 to March 1997.

Heather Anfang has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Heather Anfang reports to Jerry Kaminski, EVP, COO, Land O’Lakes, Inc. & Interim President, Dairy Foods. They work with and Tim Leviny - SVP, Dairy Foods GDI & International.
