Katy Morlok is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as R&D Section Manager for Cheese at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since April 2007. Katy has held various roles, including R&D Senior Manager for Process Cheese & Sauce and Associate Marketing Manager for multiple dairy-related categories. Significant accomplishments include the commercialization of innovative butter and plant-based spreads, and leading product development initiatives that achieved notable market recognition, such as the launch of Vanilla Bean pudding by Kozy Shack. Katy's previous experience includes working as a Research Scientist at Kim Laboratories, focusing on rapid pathogen detection technologies for food.
