Jonah Staw

Jonah Staw has over two decades of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on footwear. Jonah is currently the Director at Lands' End. Prior to that, they were the President and Senior Vice President at Sears from January 2015 to December 2017.

At Sears, Jonah was responsible for the full P&L of the company's footwear business, which included merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, marketing, e-commerce, store operations, finance, inventory, pricing, and human resources. Jonah managed cross-functional teams and led complex trade negotiations. Jonah also developed strategies to improve profitability, including SG&A savings, sourcing & supply chain efficiencies, and working capital reductions.
