Gaurav Bhatia

Gaurav Bhatia is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Langley Federal Credit Union, leading an organization with over $5.5 billion in assets and more than 395,000 members across 20 branches in Virginia and South Carolina since November 2025. Bhatia holds experience as a Board Advisor at Spark Growth Ventures, focusing on supporting early-stage technology startups, and previously served as Head of Retail Deposits and Chief Marketing Officer at PenFed Credit Union, where significant growth in originations and net income was achieved. Roles prior include Chief Digital Officer at NewDay USA, Vice President of Digital Strategy at AARP, and various positions at NIIT Technologies Limited, Capital One, and Sabre Corporation. Bhatia’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Texas, an MS in Information Systems, and completion of a Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
