Agnieszka Mielcuch

Agnieszka Mielcuch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in IT controlling and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global IT Controlling at LANXESS since December 2017, Agnieszka previously held roles at Deutsche Post as Senior Expert in Controlling Finance Mail and at Bayer Business Services as Geschäftsfeld Controller. Earlier career experiences include working as a Controller at Bayer MaterialScience. Agnieszka holds two MBA degrees, one from ESCP Business School and another from Poznan University of Economics and Business, along with a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics.
