Sylke Grabatsch

Sylke Grabatsch is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Head of IT Program, Architecture, and Quality in the CIO Office at LANXESS since May 2018. With a focus on IT Portfolio Management and quality management, Sylke oversees a team of eight across Germany and India, managing IT roadmaps, project demand assessment, and governance processes. Prior to LANXESS, Sylke held various leadership roles including Head of Process Integration at Mode IT Systems GmbH & Co. KG and Logistic Manager at Fujifilm Europe GmbH. Sylke's broad expertise includes business process reengineering, demand management, and collaboration modeling, supported by a Diplom Kauffrau in Business Administration from Universität Siegen.
