Gina Marcum

Gina Marcum is a registered nurse with over 36 years of experience in progressive leadership and critical care. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Encompass Health since July 2022 and as the Director of Cardiovascular Services at Largo Medical Center since March 2018, Gina oversees multiple departments including the Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiac Ultrasound. Additionally, Gina has held senior leadership roles at Good Samaritan Hospital, managing interventional cardiovascular operations, and served as Clinical Education Specialist at BayCare Health System. Previous positions include Nurse Manager for Interventional Radiology and Program Manager for CTICU at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, as well as leadership roles at MedFlight of Ohio. Gina holds a Master's Degree in healthcare legal studies from Capital University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Franklin University.
