Elizabeth Hartmann

Elizabeth Hartmann serves as the Chair of the Graduate Education Program and a Professor at Lasell University since January 2011, with an additional role as an Adjunct Lecturer on Education at Harvard University since August 2016. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Research Scientist at CAST from July 2021 to September 2023, and UDL Postdoctoral Fellow at Boston College and CAST in 2010. Elizabeth Hartmann earned a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds both a Master’s degree in Special Education focused on Deafblindness and Visual Impairments and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Boston College.
