Kelley Gaffney

Kelley Gaffney is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and operations with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of SIOP at Lasko Products since October 2024, Kelley's previous roles include Senior Planning Manager and Planning Manager at Globus Medical, as well as Sr. Supply Chain Analyst at Professional Plumbing Group, Inc. Kelley's earlier positions were with Oldcastle Infrastructure as a Strategic Commodity Buyer and Merola Sales Company, Inc., where roles included Division Vice President, Director of Operations, Purchasing Manager, and Executive Analyst. Kelley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Analytics & Information Management and Management & Business Strategy from Rutgers Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics with a minor in Statistics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
