Milan Provits

Milan Provits has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. As of April 2022, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at LastPass. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at LastPass from January to March 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Milan was a Senior Engineering Manager at LogMeIn, specifically in the LastPass division. Milan held various management roles at LogMeIn, including Engineering Manager for LastPass from March 2020 to March 2021 and Engineering Manager for Grasshopper from June 2019 to February 2020. Before LogMeIn, Milan worked as a Project Manager & Team Lead at Starschema Ltd from November 2018 to May 2019. From September 2016 to October 2018, they served as a Development Manager at Dealogic. Milan started their career as a Software Consultant at Credit Suisse in November 2013, eventually transitioning to the role of Senior Software Consultant from January 2015 to August 2016. Prior to Credit Suisse, they worked as a Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from November 2012 to November 2013. Milan's earliest work experience was as a Software Developer at OTP Bank from March 2011 to October 2012, followed by a role as a Software Developer at GriffSoft Informatikai Zrt. from July 2009 to February 2011.

Milan Provits completed their education in Computer Science. Milan earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Szeged, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Milan pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the same university, graduating in 2011. During their studies, they had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus program at the University of Copenhagen in 2010, further expanding their knowledge in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Milan also obtained certifications in Microsoft technologies. In 2011, they acquired the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) certification in .NET Framework 4, Web Applications. The following year, they obtained another MCTS certification, this time in .NET Framework 4, Windows Applications. These certifications demonstrate their proficiency in these technologies.
