Laura Teika

Laura Teika is a Real Estate Valuer at Latio Real Estate since February 2020, specializing in the valuation of residential properties including apartments, houses, and agricultural land in Vidzeme. Prior to this role, Laura served as a Client Service Consultant at the State Land Service of Latvia from May 2016 to September 2019. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management at Riga Technical University, Laura also holds a professional qualification in Pedagogy from Rigas Pedagogijas un Izglitibas Vadibas Augstskola and a general secondary education from Valmieras Valsts ģimnāzija.
