Adrienne Duarte

Chief Financial Officer at Latitude Financial Services

Adrienne joined Latitude as CFO in July, 2017, from Bank of New Zealand where she was the bank's first female Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Adrienne had previously been part of the NAB Group for 12 years, where she’d held several General Manager roles, including General Manager, Group Performance and Planning. This involved developing insights to assist the Group Executive set the Group performance agenda, including performance improvement initiatives and setting financial targets and plans across the Group. Prior to that, Adrienne's General Manager roles at NAB, including General Manager (Group Strategic Investments).

Before joining NAB, Adrienne's career was based in the advisory world in corporate finance and strategy consulting, where she held roles with KPMG consulting, Marakon Associates, London and Coopers & Lybrand.

Adrienne completed a Bachelor of Economics with the Australian National University in Canberra, she is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ and is a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants in Australia . She also has a Masters in Business Administration, through the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Adrienne has a well-stated leadership view and believes leaders are measured by their actions. She says, "My goal is to have people pass through my team feeling like they've been part of something important, and use the experience to build successful careers."
