Emily Smith

Emily Smith is the current Chief of Staff at Lattice. Prior to their current position, they served as a Program Manager at Zenefits from October 2014 to April 2018. In their role at Zenefits, they were responsible for creating and executing the testing plan to release Zenefits payroll in the remaining 39 states. Emily also managed the Year-End preparation program for the customer care organization and centralized the client offboarding process onto one team.

Before their stint at Zenefits, Emily interned at William E. Connor & Associates Ltd. in their Global Business Development department from June 2014 to July 2014.

Emily Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Nova School of Business and Economics. Emily is certified from the Project Management Institute in PMP.

Their manager is Jack Altman, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Robert Scott - VP, Legal, David Cain - Chief Marketing Officer, and Brian Strubbe - VP, Business Operations.
