J Zac Stein

J Zac Stein has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being President and Chief Product Officer at Lattice since 2020. J Zac previously served as the COO of Lattice from 2017 to 2020. In addition, they are currently a Board Member at Vanta and a Venture Partner at Craft Ventures, both starting in 2021. Before that, they worked at Zenefits as the VP of Operations from 2016 to 2017, VP & GM of Zenefits Payroll from 2015 to 2016, and in Business Operations in 2015. Prior to their time in the tech industry, they co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Ceiba Public Schools from 2007 to 2013.

J Zac Stein has a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. J Zac also pursued an MBA at The Wharton School, where they enjoyed the program but left early to return to work.
